What Should You Do?
1. Get Informed.
Learn what the meeting is about and how it will affect you and your favourite Brisbane breast cancer dragon boat club.
This meeting is asking members to adopt the proposed new rules for MBT - the draft has been available and MBT members have collaborated on what we are voting on.

2. Decide how you are going to vote.
Read the documents and explanatory notes.
3. Check the date and time.
Can you be at the Bulimba Bowls Club at 6 Quinn Street in Balmoral on 13 July 2019 at 10.30?
It is four minutes by car from the Colmslie Reserve where we train.

4. If you can't attend, arrange a proxy vote.
If you cannot attend, download a Proxy Form here.
Find a person you trust to be your Proxy. This is a person that votes on your behalf, so your vote will still matter.
4. Attend the Special Meeting.
MBT is a team. Your attendance always counts.
We need 75% attendance either in person or by proxy for the voting to be valid.
The meeting should take no more than one hour.
